Package One - £25.00 per head

Ultimate Fish Paella - served with mixed green salad, together with a choice of FOUR other salads and organic crusty bread PLUS choice of THREE desserts. This includes the services of an assistant, who will help set up, serve, clear away and stack plates. Additional staff can be provided for parties over 50, costs for this will be by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements.

Package Two - £18.00 per head

Paella of your choice (excluding ultimate fish paella) served with mixed green salad, together with a choice of TWO other salads and organic crusty bread PLUS choice of TWO desserts. This includes the services of an assistant. Additional staff can be provided by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements.

Package Three - £14.00 per head

Paella of your choice (excluding ultimate fish paella) served with mixed green salad PLUS choice of ONE dessert. This includes the services of an assistant. Additional staff can be provided by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements.

Package Four - £10.50 per head

Any of the Paella choices (excluding ultimate fish paella), but with no additions. I will come, cook the Paella, serve, clear and leave. Additional staff can be provided by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements.

Sushi, Tapas and Canapés – from £7.00 per head

General Information – The smallest number we cater for is 24 (40 for packages three and four).
In order to cook on-site we require a covered, well-lit outdoor area. For event locations that do not meet these requirements, we will provide a 3m x 3m gazebo for hire cost of £30.00. A power & water supply is required. If you require the Paella to be cooked indoors, we need suitable clear area of 2m x 2m min.

Bar – we can provide a fully stocked bar - We have bar staff, who will set up and serve, leaving you free to enjoy your party! If we are providing the bar, we will provide the staff.

Staff/Waiters – Additional uniformed staff can be provided. Charges for this will be by negotiation with you, depending on your function requirements; if your function is formal/sit down, we recommend an additional waiter for every 20 guests. If your function is buffet style, we recommend a waiter for every 30 guests.

We can provide crockery, cutlery, glassware, linen, tables and chairs. We arrange this for you through Abbotts - www.abbotts-catering-supplies.co.uk. We invoice you their prices and do not add a surcharge for this service.
