The Cornish Fusion Fish Company are dedicated to creating the finest and freshest fish dishes and menus for all your events, large or small. We are based in Newlyn, Cornwall which is home to one of the largest fishing fleets in the UK and we like nothing more than to see what's freshly landed and offer the perfect menu for your special event.

 

We cater for Parties, Weddings, Gallery Openings, Beach Parties, Cocktail Parties and even take away Sushi Platters.

 

We specialise in Sushi, Seafood Paella, 3 course dinners, Chowders, Crab Dumplings, Monkfish Tempura, Kedgeree, Lobster Rolls, Thai crab noodles and so much more.

 

We have the largest Paella pan in the South West (for hire separately) and will bring our kitchen to your event. Particularly popular this year have been our sushi canapes, perfect for Gallery openings and cocktail parties.

Find us at Newlyn Fish Festival on 30th August we'll be cooking our enormous seafood Paella, or at Falmouth Oyster Festival on 14th - 17th October with Rick Stein and Valentine Warner amongst others.

 

This autumn we will be offering tailor made sushi classes and dinners.
